With the arrival of an entirely new brewing system, we thought it was noteworthy to show you what it takes to make Eugenes finest Micro-Brews. This 3 part series shows the evolution of a small Northwest brewery, and what it takes to produce their products. Take a behind the scenes look at the entire process of how Ninkasi integrated an entirely new brewing process in order to increase production to keep up with the increasing demand of their products. Ninkasi Brewing Company; Eugene, Oregons hometown brewery. Producing superior ales and lagers using the finest regional ingredients, you can find their beer on tap at many reputable restaurants and bars all across the Northwest.
